Daffodilian Getaways – Silver Partnership Agreement

This Agreement is made between Daffodilian Getaways (“Company”) and the undersigned Partner (“Partner”) as of the date signed below.

1. Membership Tier

The Partner joins the Silver Partnership Package by paying a one-time fee of $500, which is non-refundable.

2. Commission

The Partner will earn 5% commission on every booking fee collected by Daffodilian Getaways.

Commissions are paid monthly via Interac e-Transfer, with a minimum payout of $50.

Commission applies only to completed bookings. Cancellations or refunds result in reversal of the related commission.

3. Membership Duration

This is a Lifetime Membership, valid for as long as Daffodilian Getaways operates its Partnership Program.

Lifetime refers to the duration of the program and does not guarantee perpetual operation of the Company.

4. Partner Rights & Rules

The Partner may promote Daffodilian Getaways to potential clients through legal marketing channels.

The Partner is not authorized to make bookings or payments on behalf of Daffodilian Getaways.

The Partner may share commission links or referral information, but cannot misrepresent the Company or offer unauthorized discounts.

Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of program rules may result in immediate termination of the partnership.

5. Non-Refundable Fee

The $500 membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This fee grants access to Silver Partnership benefits outlined above.

6. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership at any time for violation of rules or misconduct.

Upon termination, any earned but unpaid commissions up to the termination date will still be paid.

7. General

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and the Partner regarding the Silver Partnership.

Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
