Refund & Cancellation Policy – Daffodilian Getaways
Daffodilian Getaways acts as a travel agency and affiliate partner. While we facilitate bookings through trusted travel suppliers, we may process payments via Stripe and, with client authorization, pay suppliers on your behalf. All bookings remain subject to the policies of the travel providers.
1. Refunds
- Refund eligibility, processing time, and amount are determined by the travel supplier or booking platform.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted directly with the supplier unless otherwise indicated.
- Daffodilian Getaways cannot issue or guarantee refunds beyond what the supplier provides.
- If a supplier allows a refund, Daffodilian Getaways will process it through Stripe, minus any applicable service or processing fees.
2. Cancellations & Changes
- All cancellations or modifications must be made according to the supplier’s policies.
- Fees or penalties for cancellations or changes are determined by the travel provider.
- Daffodilian Getaways will assist in guiding clients on the cancellation process but does not have authority to waive supplier fees.
- We recommend reviewing the cancellation and change policy of each provider before confirming your booking.
3. Agency Payments & Authorization
- By booking through Daffodilian Getaways, you authorize the agency to process payments via Stripe.
- Payments collected may be used by the agency to pay suppliers on your behalf.
- Clients remain responsible for any fees, penalties, or additional charges imposed by suppliers.
4. Our Responsibility
- We provide access to trusted travel service providers and facilitate bookings.
- Daffodilian Getaways is not responsible for booking errors, service issues, or disputes between the client and supplier.
- All payment, refund, and cancellation matters are ultimately governed by the travel provider’s policies.
5. Support
- While we cannot directly issue refunds or override supplier policies, we will assist clients in navigating the supplier’s refund or cancellation process.
- For any issues regarding your booking, payment, or refund, please contact Daffodilian Getaways first for guidance, and then the supplier directly as needed.
