Daffodilian Getaways – Gold Partnership Agreement

By joining the Gold Partnership Program, the undersigned Partner agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Fee

The Partner shall pay a one-time fee of $1000 to join the Gold Partnership Program.

This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Commission

The Partner will earn 20% commission on every booking fee collected by Daffodilian Getaways.

Commissions will be paid monthly via Interac e-Transfer, with a minimum payout of $50.

Commission applies only to completed bookings. Cancellations or refunds result in the reversal of related commissions.

3. Membership Duration

Membership is valid for lifetime or until Daffodilian Getaways operates its Partnership Program, whichever ends first.

Lifetime does not guarantee perpetual operation of the Company.

4. Partner Rights & Rules

The Partner may promote Daffodilian Getaways using legal marketing channels.

The Partner may not make bookings or collect payments on behalf of the Company.

The Partner may share referral or promotional materials provided by the Company but must not misrepresent services or offer unauthorized discounts.

Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of rules may result in immediate termination of membership.

5. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership at any time for misconduct or violation of this Agreement.

Upon termination, any earned but unpaid commissions up to the date of termination will still be paid.

6. General

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and the Partner.

Any changes must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
