Daffodilian Getaways – Terms & Conditions, Policies, Refund and Cancellation Policy

By accessing, booking, or using any services provided by Daffodilian Getaways ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, Policies, and Notices. Please read them carefully before making any booking or payment.
1. Company Role & Scope of Responsibility
Daffodilian Getaways acts solely as a travel arranger and booking agent. We facilitate reservations for third-party travel suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance providers (collectively, “Suppliers”).
All travel services are provided by independent third parties, and Daffodilian Getaways does not own, operate, or control these services.
We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, damages, accidents, cancellations, schedule changes, or failures of any Supplier.
2. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal details (names, dates of birth, passport details, travel dates, destinations, and contact information) are accurate at the time of booking.
Daffodilian Getaways is not responsible for costs, penalties, or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
3. Travel Requirements & Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to:
Hold valid passports, visas, transit visas, and required travel documents
Comply with entry, exit, health, vaccination, and customs requirements
Monitor government advisories and travel warnings
Daffodilian Getaways is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or deportation due to improper documentation.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are subject to availability and change until full payment is received and confirmed.
Prices may change due to:
Supplier repricing
Currency fluctuations
Fuel surcharges
Taxes, fees, or government-imposed charges
Daffodilian Getaways reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
5. Travel Now, Pay Later (Affirm & Klarna)
Daffodilian Getaways partners with Affirm and Klarna to offer “Travel Now, Pay Later” financing options.
Important disclosures:
Daffodilian Getaways only facilitates the application process
All financing transactions occur directly within Affirm or Klarna
Approval, payment schedules, interest, fees, and terms are determined solely by Affirm or Klarna
Daffodilian Getaways has no control over approvals or declines
Non-Refundable Financing Fees
Any fees, interest, penalties, or charges imposed by Affirm or Klarna are strictly non-refundable, even if the travel booking is canceled or modified.
Clients must resolve all financing disputes directly with Affirm or Klarna.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy (General)
a. Supplier-Controlled Policies
All refunds, cancellations, changes, and penalties are governed by the individual Supplier’s terms and conditions.
Daffodilian Getaways does not guarantee refunds, regardless of circumstances.
b. Service & Processing Fees
All agency service fees, planning fees, consultation fees, and processing fees charged by Daffodilian Getaways are:
100% non-refundable
Non-transferable
Not subject to chargeback
c. No-Show & Voluntary Cancellation
No-shows, missed flights, or voluntary cancellations by the traveler are typically non-refundable.
7. Changes & Modifications
Any changes requested after booking may result in:
Change fees imposed by Suppliers
Fare differences
Agency service fees
Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and Supplier approval.
8. Force Majeure
Daffodilian Getaways is not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics or epidemics
Government actions
Airline strikes
Acts of war or terrorism
Weather disruptions
No refunds are guaranteed under force majeure circumstances unless provided by the Supplier.
9. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.
Declining travel insurance releases Daffodilian Getaways from liability related to uncovered losses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Daffodilian Getaways’ liability shall not exceed the amount of agency fees paid
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in:
Immediate cancellation of bookings
Loss of funds
Legal recovery actions
Clients agree to attempt resolution directly with Daffodilian Getaways before initiating any dispute.
12. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daffodilian Getaways from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Breach of these terms
Supplier actions
Traveler misconduct
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved within the applicable jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Daffodilian Getaways, the client confirms that they:
Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
Accept all policies, including refund and cancellation terms
Agree to be legally bound by this agreement
Daffodilian Getaways reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
