This Agreement governs participation in the Daffodilian Getaways Referral Program (“Referral Program”). By registering, participating, or submitting referrals, you (“Referrer”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Referral Program Overview

The Daffodilian Getaways Referral Program allows approved individuals to refer potential customers to Daffodilian Getaways for travel-related services.

Participation is by approval only. Daffodilian Getaways reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

2. Referrer Eligibility & Account Setup

To participate, the Referrer must:

Be nineteen (19) years of age or older
Provide accurate and complete personal information
Submit valid government-issued identification (front and back)
Maintain updated contact information
Comply with all company policies and applicable laws
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate suspension or termination.

3. Referral Definition & Qualification

A referral is considered valid only when:

The customer is new to Daffodilian Getaways
A booking is completed and confirmed
The booking is not canceled, refunded, or disputed

Referral Counting Rules

One booking equals one referral, regardless of the number of travelers
Multiple travelers under one package count as one referral
Separate bookings may be treated as separate referrals
Final determination of referral validity is at the sole discretion of Daffodilian Getaways

4. Prohibited Activities

Referrers must not:

Misrepresent Daffodilian Getaways or its services
Make unauthorized statements, promises, or guarantees
Engage in misleading, deceptive, or spam-based marketing
Submit self-referrals or false referrals
Share internal systems, processes, or confidential information
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

All non-public information provided to the Referrer, including but not limited to:

Customer information
Internal processes and systems
Operational workflows
Referral structures
is strictly confidential.
The Referrer agrees not to disclose, copy, distribute, or misuse confidential information for any purpose outside this Agreement.These obligations survive termination of participation.

6. Privacy Policy

Daffodilian Getaways collects personal information for:

Identity verification
Referral tracking
Compliance and fraud prevention
Internal record keeping

Information Collected May Include

Name, contact details, and identification
Referral and booking records
System access logs
All personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.Daffodilian Getaways does not sell or trade personal information.
Information may be disclosed only when required by law or regulatory authorities.

7. Data Retention

Personal and referral data may be retained:

While the referral account is active
As required for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes
In accordance with applicable laws

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Referrers are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Daffodilian Getaways.
Referrers have no authority to bind the company and are responsible for their own conduct and obligations.

9. Termination

Daffodilian Getaways may terminate participation:

At any time, with or without notice
For policy violations, inactivity, or misuse
For legal, reputational, or operational reasons
Upon termination:
Referral privileges end immediately
System access is revoked
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Limitation of Liability

Daffodilian Getaways is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or expected outcomes.
Participation in the Referral Program is at the Referrer’s own risk.

11. Amendments

This Agreement may be amended at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

13. Acceptance

By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer confirms they are 19 years of age or older and agree to all terms in this Agreement.
